Percentages are used to express numbers as a fraction of 100. They are widely used in finance, discounts, statistics, and comparisons.

• Find Percentage: “What is 20% of 200?” → (20 / 100) × 200 = 40
• Find What Percent: “50 is what percent of 200?” → (50 / 200) × 100 = 25%
• Increase/Decrease: “Increase 100 by 15%” → 100 × (1 + 15/100) = 115
